Video Projection

Chapel Ridge uses Proclaim for the main presentation software.

The PC that runs Proclaim is in the electrical closet with a remote KVM extender running control from the AV desk.

It is a two monitor set up: one monitor is the control screen (main desktop) and the second monitor configured for slides.

The output of the second monitor is routed as an input the the ATEM mixer.

The projectors and rear TV are hooked up to the AUX output of the ATEM mixer, and in normal operation AUX is configured to display the PROCLAIM input directly … you can change this in the ATEM control software.

Sunday Morning Setup

These instructions handle setting up the video projection side only, see the separate video streaming instructions for getting the stream going.

• turn on the two front projectors using remotes
• turn on TV at back via remote, should select HDMI 1 automatically
• mute the TV at the back (green button on the remote)
• turn on the TV in the overflow via remote (velcro’d to the side of the TV)
• make sure the TV is straight :-)
• run Proclaim on the PC

• turn off TV at back and in the overflow
• turn main AV switch off
